The Spring Time launch weekend is scheduled for 20th and 21st April. There will be a special incentive for this weekend only whereby Cranbourne will pay the stamp duty and legal fees on Plot 2 for a reservation and exchange of contracts within 28 days (floor layouts can be obtained by downloading the brochure located on the development page).
